Admission to all the courses and programmes at Symbiosis International (deemed University) (SIU) are strictly on merit basis based on the criteria and processes prescribed by the University and assessment of individual performance in Symbiosis National Aptitude Test [SNAP] for Postgraduate Studies and Symbiosis Entrance Test [SET] for Undergraduate Studies.
All aspirants / parents are hereby notified that some individuals / organisations are giving / making false and misleading advertisements / claims in newspapers, websites, social media platforms that they can ensure admission to Symbiosis International (deemed University) and also charging heavy amount for the same.
In this regard, SIU requests the aspirants / parents to refrain from entering into any transaction with such elements. SIU has not appointed any individual / agency / organisation to make such assurance on its behalf. It is a matter of Policy that SIU does not charge capitation fee for admission from students and this is widely and prominently published as well on all the relevant places like prospectus, website, SNAP Booklet, SET Booklet etc.
Despite this Notice, if any aspirant / parents still proceeds with or enters into transaction with such elements, they would be doing so at their own risk and cost. SIU further notifies that any aspirant attempting to approach SIU for admission through or at the instances of such agents will be permanently debarred from admission to all the courses and programmes at Symbiosis International (deemed University).

Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, NOIDA organized its second edition of ALUMNI MEET 2018 on 22 December 2018 from 4 pm onwards with the theme of RELIVE REJOICE REIGNITE - Yeh Unn Dino Ki Baat Hai!
The main agenda of the Alumni Meet was to involve alumni in various academic and non-academic activities of the institute. Alumni suggested that they can be a part of seminars, guest lectures, mentoring sessions, and workshops where they can share their experience and learnings to benefit the student’s fraternity at SCMS NOIDA under the aegis of Mentoring Cell and CITP (Corporate Interface and Talent Partnership) at SCMS NOIDA.
The event started with a welcome address by the Director, Dr. Shrirang Altekar. He spoke about the various happenings at SCMS NOIDA and shared the facts regarding various initiatives and achievements of SCMS NOIDA. A video message from Dr. S B Mujumdar, Chancellor, and Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, Principal Director was shared with alumni along with the video prepared by the alumni cell collating memories of the alumni from their college days.
The enthralling performance was given by the students of dance society ‘Symbeats’ and music society ‘Symsangeet’ that gained a round of applause from the entire audience present in the event. Various games were planned where alumni participated with great enthusiasm. The alumni shared experiences of their college days and that of their workplace. They networked with their batch-mates, faculty members, and cherished their college days’ memoirs. They were delighted to see the new campus and felt delighted to see the growth of their Alma mater.
Alumni were pleased to see the progression of the institute and various initiatives taken by the college. They committed to spend time with students and share their learnings with them in the future to strengthen their bond with their Alma mater.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by the Faculty In-charge of Alumni Cell Prof. Narendra Singh Chaudhary followed by a JAM session and delightful dinner.
