HR Conclave 2024

The Human Resources Club and Corporate Affairs Cell, in collaboration with the QIC at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida, proudly hosted the HR Conclave 2024 on the theme: “HR Renaissance: Circular, Regenerative, and Anti-Fragile Strategies” on Tuesday, 8th October, 2024. This event brought together industry experts and students to explore the transformative trends shaping the HR landscape.

Key Highlights:

• Mr. Rajiv Naithani spoke about how technology, automation, and AI are revolutionizing HR, along with the critical need for sustainability and social responsibility in organizations. 
• Ms. Kalpana Sachdeva’s insightful presentation focused on the importance of happiness diversity and inclusion (D&I) and how inclusive teams drive organizational success and innovation. 
• Mr. Shailesh Goyal’s interactive speechfocused on antifragile HR strategies, showing how businesses can thrive amidst uncertainty and turn challenges into opportunities. 

Corporate Case Quest:

The latest addition to the Conclave – The Corporate Case Quest, was the highlight. Participants tackled the Sodexo Case Study, which focused on sustainable food systems during the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and Sodexo’s journey towards sustainability. The bright minds of SCMS Noida tackled the Sodexo Case Study, focusing on operational challenges and solutions for sustainable food systems and business growth.
