The 5th International Conference INCONSYM 2020 was held during February 20-22, 2020 with national as well as international perspective which provided a platform to the researchers, practitioners, academicians, and corporate professionals to understand the global necessities and emerging business practices in this digital era and deliberated strategies accordingly.
The theme of conference was “Business Transformation in the Global Digital Era: Re-innovate, Re-strategize, Re-model” and the sub-themes of the conference were as follow:

The very first day of this program was dedicated for Pre conference Workshop on “Impactful Research”, where commendable deliberations and discussions on different aspects in research area were focused. The resource person for the workshop were Prof. Nicholas, Associate Dean, Aston Business School, UK and Prof. Yogesh Patil, Head, Research Publications, Symbiosis Centre for Research and Innovation, Pune.
The Inaugural ceremony was graced by presence of two Keynote Speakers, Prof. (Dr.) V.K Singh, Dean, Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya & Prof. (Dr.) Vijaya Katti, Dean, Administration (Academics), Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, both emphasised on importance of technology, advertising and new economic model. The Guest of Honours Mr. Gautam Vinod Mehra, Vice President, Talent Management & OD, Bajaj Capital Ltd and Mr. Sangeet Kumar, Co-founder & CEO, Addverb Technologies Private Limited discussed about skilled workforce and role of robotics & Artificial Intelligence in business. The Chief Guest Ms Babita Baruah, Managing Partner, GTB India, talked about value and trust in the age of globalization and digitization.
An edited book titled ‘Global Digital Era -Re-innovate, Re-strategize, Re-model’ has been published by Bloomsbury India.

Total of 220 papers were received for the conference, and after review 112 papers were selected for presentation. Total number of registrations for participation were recorded nearly 350. The participants in the conference were from different backgrounds as academicians, professionals, research scholars,
from National & International institutions like IIM Visakhapatnam, MNIT Jaipur, MDI Gurgaon, University of Bahrain and many more.
There were total of 13 tracks for presentations conducted during two days of the conference. On first day of presentation, there were five tracks and on second day, there were eight tracks. Plenary sessions were also incorporated in between on both days.
