The BBA in Human Resources area at SCMS NOIDA focuses on analyzing issues related to employee management at organizational, individual, and community levels. The programme is designed to develop professionally capable and socially sensitive management graduates who are well-prepared to meet corporate challenges.
The curriculum emphasizes organizational behavior, human behavior, and HR policies within business contexts. Faculty members bring expertise in performance management, training and development, industrial relations, leadership, teamwork, and motivation.
The programme aims to train students to add value to organizations, inculcate business ethics, develop leadership and decision-making skills, and build a global outlook while nurturing entrepreneurship, teamwork, and social responsibility.
Teaching methodologies include role plays, case studies, experiential learning, and internships across diverse business sectors, enabling students to gain both theoretical and practical exposure.
The Human Resources Club
The Human Resources Club of SCMS NOIDA serves as a platform for aspiring HR leaders. The club equips students with knowledge of current HR trends through conclaves, seminars, case study competitions, and industry interactions.
HR Conclave, the flagship event, features industry experts discussing HR challenges and future trends. A key highlight includes the Corporate Case Quest, where participants solve real-world HR problems.
SCMS NOIDA's flagship business event BIZCON provides a collaborative platform for students from multiple domains, promoting global engagement aligned with the ethos of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – The World is One Family."
